1.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Completed courses where certificates have been issued or downloaded.
Promotional or discounted courses purchased during special sales events unless otherwise stated.
Subscription renewals that have been active for more than seven days.
Third-party services or materials included as part of course bundles.
Administrative or processing fees associated with course enrollment.
2. Course Refund Terms
2.1 Standard Course Purchases
For individual course purchases, refund requests must be submitted within fourteen days of the original purchase date. Refunds will only be granted if you have accessed less than twenty percent of the total course content, including videos, reading materials, quizzes, and assignments.
2.2 Course Bundles and Package Deals
Course bundles or package deals may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase, provided that none of the individual courses within the bundle have been completed beyond twenty percent of their content. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
2.3 Subscription-Based Access
Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time, but refunds will only be issued if the cancellation request is submitted within seven days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal date. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Annual subscription plans may be refunded within thirty days of the initial purchase date if less than twenty percent of available course content has been accessed. Annual renewals are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Submission Process
To request a refund, you must contact our support team at contact@varelunethiq.com with the following information:
Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
The name and purchase date of the course or subscription for which you are requesting a refund.
A detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
Any supporting documentation or evidence that may assist in processing your request.
3.2 Processing Timeline
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review your submission and respond within five to seven business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within ten to fourteen business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3.3 Denied Requests
If your refund request is denied, you will receive a detailed explanation outlining the reasons for the denial. You may appeal the decision by providing additional information or documentation within seven days of receiving the denial notice.
4. Technical Issues and Service Disruptions
4.1 Platform Access Problems
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content due to issues on our platform, you must report the problem to our support team at contact@varelunethiq.com within forty-eight hours of encountering the issue.
We will work diligently to resolve technical problems as quickly as possible. If we are unable to restore access within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund, course credit, or extension of access at our discretion.
4.2 Content Quality Concerns
If you believe that course content does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, you must notify us within seven days of enrollment. We will review your concerns and may offer a refund if we determine that the content materially differs from what was advertised.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
5.1 Medical or Personal Emergencies
We understand that unexpected life events may prevent you from completing a course. In cases of serious medical emergencies, family crises, or other extraordinary circumstances, you may contact our support team to request consideration for a refund or course transfer outside the standard timeframes.
Such requests require supporting documentation and will be evaluated on an individual basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny these requests at our sole discretion.
5.2 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course or subscription multiple times, please contact us immediately at contact@varelunethiq.com. We will refund duplicate charges provided that you have not accessed the content associated with the duplicate purchase.
6. Course Transfers and Credits
6.1 Transfer to Alternative Course
In lieu of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value within thirty days of your original purchase. Transfer requests are subject to approval and may only be granted once per purchase.
If you wish to transfer to a course of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
6.2 Account Credits
As an alternative to a monetary refund, we may offer account credits that can be applied toward future course purchases. Account credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within twelve months of issuance.
7. Cancellation by Varelunethiq
7.1 Course Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue any course at any time due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a course in which you are enrolled, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course of equal value.
7.2 Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refunds for courses, subscriptions, or services purchased prior to termination.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended pending resolution of the dispute.
We encourage you to work directly with us to resolve any billing concerns before pursuing a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback may result in the permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of access to all purchased content.
